Your agent needs to have a good attitude, or you probably
won’t have a good experience buying or selling your home.
If your agent lacks the ability to get the job done, you
will end up wasting a lot of time and energy.
An unethical Real Estate Agent will probably not have your
best interest in mind. He or she may have lots of experience; experience
ripping off clients, so that the agent can make more money!
Similarly, an insincere agent will not leave
you with the feeling that you experienced a pleasant real estate transaction.
