Open House

Most people coming to an open house are just lookers. Rarely does an open house draw the actual buyer. Real Estate Agents often promote open houses simply because it gets them more contacts they can use to buy OTHER houses. If your agent says you should host an open house, say, "Thanks, but no thanks."
